Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
HOW DO I REGISTER MY PRODUCT?
Complete the online form to register your product, (you will also receive the licence keys for any software included with your purchase).
HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY SOFTWARE?
If you have purchased software without purchasing hardware you should complete the software activation form to receive your licence keys.
